KardioKick+ Getting in shape for 2008! KardioKick is specifically designed to keep you
motivated and excited. This dynamic class will give you an intense
workout by combining simple aerobic atmosphere (music, excitement, You'll burn more calories/fat in KardioKick than traditional martial arts training allowing you to burn 500-700 calories per workout. Once you start to get in shape, you'll start to get more energy, build lean muscle, be in better health, improve coordination & balance, and improve your self confidence. The class is roughly 60 minutes long and you can start and stop as you need to. About half way through, a great abs and hip workout with a light weight training for the upper body! KardioKick is lead by Thomas Gordon a certified a sixth degree black belt and certified master level martial art instructor. The time is now, so stop making excuses and treat yourself to a great workout while making new friends and getting in shape! Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 9AM Frequently Asked Questions: What do I wear? Whatever makes you comfortable. Sweat pants, shorts, t-shirt, etc. What if I'm bad out of shape? Well, "not doing" certainly isn't going to fix that. One of the first steps to getting into shape is to physically work out. And this is the place to do that. No one is going to laugh at you. The class is lead by a martial art instructor and personal trainer. His primary goal is to get people in shape and he's dealt with all kinds of people in various stages of health. What if I can't keep up? Then you'll feel like everyone else when they joined. No one walks in the first day and keeps up. Do what you can. If the kicks are too much, just lift your knees. It'll come in time. Can I bring my child? We have mothers in there with their small children. There's not a day care so just like anything else, if you can keep your child out of the way of others trying to work out, then there won't be a problem. Most the mothers with small children stay on the back row and people on the front row don't seem to notice the children. I don't want to commit until I know I can do it. Makes sense to us. Come try it. If you don't like it, no obligation and thanks for trying. If you like it, be realistic and give yourself at least three months to see the positive changes and new you. When you get back into those outfits you haven't worn in years, you'll be glad you did. You can think of a thousand excuses not to come but the reality is, we all need to get into better shape. Americans have become fat - come get in shape with us! It'll help your personal life, help you live longer & healthier, and you'll feel better about yourself! |
